BeeBopaLoo understands that sometimes what you ordered does not fit, or is not exactly what you expected, or circumstances are such that you would no longer want what you purchased.  We offer a fair return and exchange policy.  

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from date of receipt of goods. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all periperheral items (such as belts, straps, padding, accessories, etc.).  Partial returns are typically not accepted unless under extremely special circumstances.


Non-returnable items: 

All Gift cards are non-returnable as are Clearance items and Specially indicated items that become available throughout the year.  These items are expressly marked non-returnable or refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  This can typically be found internally by indicating your order number, but it is adviseable to retain your order number and order confirmation email until satisfied with your purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  This will void the return policy and may result in the loss of your product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Conditions do exist where a return or refund is refused.  The are (amongst others):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
  • Any item or customer that is found to be abusing the Return/ Refund Policy of the company

Refunds (if applicable) 

In order to request a refund please visit http://returns.beebopaloo.com/.  You will need to enter in your order number and email address used when you placed your order.  This will allow you to request a refund, echange, or store credit.  Please ensure that you ship your item(s) using a shipping method that provides a tracking number of some sort and enter this tracking number by using the tracking number link in your Return Confirmation email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (dependent upon your bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days (usually 1 to 3), first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items (if applicable) 

Most items are refundable, even sale items.  We do, periodically, have deep discount sales.  These products will be marked as Final Sale, and they will not be refundable or exchangeable. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use our Refund and Exchange page at http://returns.beebopaloo.com/.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Please use caution.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
